Comfort Suites Fort Collins

Thought this was an incredible hotel / experience, until check out. The gentleman who checked me in, Nikita, saw I was handicapped and offered to switch my to a handicapped room, which was 100% appreciated! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the pool and spa were clean, and the breakfast was great! The problem came at check out. We were charged $70 for 2 damaged towels. I was aware of some color on 1 towel but it would absolutely wash out. When I enquired about receiving these 2 towels that I paid $70 for, (which is a ridiculous amount), they said they threw them out. So I paid for something that I don’t get to have??? Seems shady! Upon speaking to the manager 2 days later about these towels and me receiving them, she stated I also stained the bed but wasn’t charged for that??? I think this is disgusting business and will never stay again which is good because I’m apparently (DNR) 🤦🏽‍♀️

Stayed there coming and going to Yellowstone. Friendly staff, immaculate room, wonderful breakfast. If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay in Ft Collins, this is it. Nice and quiet. Pet friendly and loving.

Excellent, Comfortable Hotel with a lot of pleasant amenities such as the pool & spa room, the fitness exercise room, squeeze bottles of great-smelling Raio citrus mint lotion, shampoo, & conditioner, & a good complimentary breakfast; most importantly, the staff is helpful, friendly, & efficient. The housekeepers are warm & good at their job, ditto for the maintenance man, & the front desk clerks are also fantastic. Zac is wonderful & personable; he always made sure I had what I need; very reliable. The same goes for Nikita; he was extremely helpful & fun to talk to. An excellent experience!
