Beautiful lobby, spacious lovely & comfortable room. Love the hot tub & fireplace. Reasonable price for the experience. Friendly and efficient staff. They found our reservation immediately.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this hotel. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up at midnight when the people in the neighboring room came back and turned on their TV and started loudly talking. At 1:00am I finally complained to the front desk and the woman went up to the room, listened, then came back and told me she didn’t think they were being too loud so she wouldn’t ask them to be quiet, and refused to move us to another room when I asked. But she wasn’t the one with a TV blaring on the other side of the wall from her bed! The noise continued until 3:30am. When I told the front desk manager the next morning, I got no apology or anything, so I just checked out, left, and booked another (much better!) hotel.
