It has great atmosphere. I really like the focus on outdoor adventuring. Guest service was great Location perfect

What a great place. You feel like you are in a cozy spot tucked behind the mountains. The rooms are comfortable and WildPines has the best food ever. The staff was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. The membership plan seems like a great way to go. Not signed up yet but plan to do it.

I booked 5 nights for $3800 and prepaid. United Airlines cxld our flight 3 days in a row and we were unable to get there. I reached out to the hotel multiple times. GM - Conner and Grant were both rude and completely unprofessional. They offered nothing to help and included profanity and the "threat" of blocking my number. Totally contentious in dealing with me. I asked for any relief no matter how small and was told "Too Bad....we will offer nothing" I will never stay at a Gravity Haus property....The worst experience I've ever had in travel.
