Best Western Plus Kwataqnuk Resort

CAUTION: this casino will let tell you the casino is open and its not. They moved up the road but still let people book here thinking it's open. Read the Google reviews on this place. Super clean rooms but the service people don't care about your stay. I tried to call the desk multiple timesand they just only answer the sales department to make more money. The new one is 400 up the road. Hope they will be more honest with people. My wife booked this for like $230 so they will just take the money and run unfortunately

Probably the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. I thought with the premium rates charged, and it being advertised as a "resort," the stay would be exceptional -- it was anything but! Would not recommend staying here.

We arrived tired and hungry after a long day on the road. First, we went to the restaurant (which is really just a bar with pub food) at 8 pm - it closes at 9 pm. The girl behind the bar told us that it was too late to order food! We had to find fast food in Polson. We get back to the hotel and my husband jumps in the shower only to discover that there are no towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for some towels to be brought to the room. Finally, the next morning I’m ready for some coffee, but all three dispensers were empty and there was not an employee in sight. Except for having an amazing view (which our room did NOT have), this is the worst hotel (and the most expensive) we’ve had during our trip so far. Would not recommend.
