Holiday Inn West Yellowstone

Stayed at the Holiday Inn recently through an Amtrak vacation package. The front desk personnel could not have been any more accommodating. They helped us get our luggage to the room and told us of the amenities offered (ice cream and coffee in the lobby). I am a person with an assistive device and the room was perfect. The shower had easy access and plenty of hand rails for those with balance issues. The waitstaff at their restaurant were lovely and accommodating. The food was very good. The only concern was that the room was a long walk from the lobby and restaurant. They also have a shuttle to bring visitors into town. I would very much recommend this hotel.

We stayed a full week. We were treated so well by front desk staff (specifically:Kurt, John, Paulette)that it made our trip even better. Rooms super clean (each day got new towels, trash out, coffee etc). We were greeted when we came in and out each day too. Fresh cookies daily , coffee, tea, etc. It’s a great location too, super close to west entrance to the park. Will come again!!

We stayed at Holiday Inn West for 3 nights with a small photo group. The hotel is OK for a few days but pretty basic and probably overpriced, although we did not book with them directly. No breakfast is included with your room although breakfast was included in our group tour cost. The breakfast was OK but again overpriced (around $18.00 as I recall) and pretty basic. Seating was very disorganized with several groups trying to get breakfast early while the staff had no idea they were coming. They also don't start serving until 6:30 am.
