Yellowstone park Hotel

Our stay at the Yellowstone Park Hotel was good overall. It is as advertised. It is close to amenities and Yellowstone Park. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the arcade. There is free laundry facilities but, they were in use the whole time we were there. Lots of parking. The walls are thin and we could here our neighbors above us throughout our stay. The inside of the rooms need a light resfresh. I would recommend staying there.

Overall it was ok. The staff very pleasant helpful. I found our 2 Queen beds room to be uncomfortable. Beds were fine but seating was unacceptable. The desk chair was like sitting on concrete. The other small chair is so out dated I haven't see one in 30 years. There is a small bench against a wall you could use for dressing but nothing else. We found the bathroom shower to be dangerous especially for seniors its extremely slippery lacks any anti slip strips or finish. So I rate it as average. Would I stay there again no.

I was transferred to this hotel from Grey Wolf Inn due to renovation and the staff (especially Mackenzie) were very accommodating and helpful. I did not learn about me being transferred until I landed at Bozeman airport! The staff not only provided us with the best service and room that matches what I had previously booked, but also provided coupons for breakfast and dinner! On top of all this, they did not charge me a single penny! Very fair minded, extremely friendly and patient. Would love to visit them again.
