We were now at Easter, as a family, in a good quadruple room. Good space, clean and beautiful view. It's modernized! Close to everything, Gorlero, shops, restaurants, beaches. The service at breakfast could be improved a little, there is a need for another attendant in the lounge on busier days. We thank you on behalf of Mrs. Isabel for the great welcome at the Alhambra.

Very vintage 80's hotel that owner's grandma built . Still keep in very good condition. And the owner is very niceb lady. She showed me where to go, play n eat. N help me to book a local tour on the follow day. So I can utilize my short day. And see more other than just the beach.. The hotel provides very basic service, it's very clean. I like the bed linens and the towel which are very white and good quality. Also the breakfast is very nice , It comes with Fresh orange juice, yogurt drink, coffee, fruits cup, water melon, different kind of bread, cream cheese, cheese and ham, jam, etc. I like the very classic cup and the cupboard. You can take the breakfast at the outdoor garden as well. Very nice especially in the morning. All the staff are very friendly. And they are flexible on the check out time in order to fit your schedule,( please check if you need), even I can take a shower after swam with the fur seal in Atlantic ocean before check out. It's a wonderful experience. The bar is also very classic you can't find the same style in other hotels. As I am not paying a 4 or 5 stars hotel price in Punta del Este. At the price I paid, it was worth it and more than I expected. Last but not least, the location is super super convenient, close to bus terminal, the popuular restaurant, beachs and the bar and shopping mall. All in walking distance. Highly recommended!!

We stayed for a night. Rooms are reasonable sized and clean. Beds are comfortable and the Bathroom is very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant downstairs which has room service for the hotel. The food was good and they even had a deal for 12 USD for dinner and dessert. Laundry service is available, however we did not make use of this, so cannot comment on how long it would take. Breakfast was one of the better ones in Argentina. Some Ham, cereal, cheese and bread. A big and clean breakfast area. The hotel is centrally located and about 7 minutes walk to ''The Finger'' and 15 minute walk to the ''Light house'' or a 5 minute walk to the Promenade. Couldn't ask for anything more. Parking is available in the basement for 10 USD a day.
