Yoo by Punta Location Apartament

Very complete, modern hotel, with many services such as spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The reception is very available. The apartments are spacious and functional. Finally, the hotel is very well placed especially close to shops. The beach is a little further away, but it does the trick.

We rented a month in advance to go sightseeing. The only communication we had was the automatic booking message. Upon arrival there, already with reservation number and pin, it was not reserved. From reception we were told that they were apartments that managed them real estate, and that it was very common that they over-rent the apartments. We were able to rent a room with another agent, the apartment are not sneaking the photos, they are sloppy, unserviced and dirty. Do not recommend this experience

It's not, as you see in the photos, the department is not up to par with what they say. The pictures lie, the plugs don't go, the internet goes out, lights burned, little ants in the kitchen. I'd never come back.
