I spent one night in this hotel in the center of Montevideo. Structure a bit dated in furnishings but clean and in a great position to visit the city '. Small but basic room, not really comfortable bed. Breakfast more than enough.

We stayed at this hotel because the ferry package we were offered included it, but I would never go again. The shower was not working well and no one came to the room to help us, in the end we could not bathe well. Also, during breakfast, we wanted to take 2 bananas because in Montevideo we do not find fruits, almost everything is based on bread, and the cook raised her voice pointing out that we can only eat there. It should be noted that no one else was eating fruit and this one looked very ripe, almost for spoiling. Looks like they just want it for the picture.

One of the most horrible experiences of my life. The staff is super rude, especially the lady who serves breakfast, I asked her to serve me a glass of juice since I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, my flight left very early and she was very rude. The receptionists are terrible, the rooms do not have shampoo and one of the curtains was hanging and broken. I never received good treatment or an apology. The safe was damaged and the towels were old.
