Awful Hotel – Stay Away! Review: Absolutely awful hotel. I don’t even want to remember this place. The staff are extremely rude, especially the security guards. Everyone seems to be trying to make money off the guests in every possible way. The conditions are terrible — this place doesn’t even feel like a real hotel. It’s also quite far from the city center, and nothing has changed over the years. The same rude staff, no proper training, no improvement at all. They may have rebranded, but the same old problems remain. They will do everything possible to make your stay as unpleasant as they can — to make sure your mood stays awful from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking for stress, frustration, and bad memories from this city, this is the perfect place for you. But if you respect yourself, your nerves, and your time — stay far away from this hotel. The service is terrible, the furniture is old and worn out, and overall, it’s just a horrible experience. Even if they offered a free stay, don’t come here.

So far, this is one of the best hotels in the Azimut chain. Everything is so comfortable and cozy, it's sad that she has a hotel like this in every city. The level of service is high (and yes, this is Uzbekistan, there are very friendly people). A very cozy room with a chic window view. The windows do not overlook the road, but the park and the pond, so it is always quiet. The subway is very close - it saved our legs every night.

Weird service. No hot water, was waiting for a while in a shower, called to the reception-oh, we will check it and call you back right now! Was waiting nude for that right now for 15 minutes, than visited Reception myself, but already dressed. No responsibility. Rooms are good, but with old furnishing, with a lot of scratches. Overall quite an old and overpriced hotel. At the breakfast asked TWICE to make an omlett WITHOUT cheese, they make it with... Overall not a good breakfast choice for the price. Not recommended.
