It's the best it pass the test ,the welcome drink was very refreshing ,the Ambience of the place beautiful ,the room very clean as inside and outside ,the food tasty and and you can choose different dishes each day ,the Pina colada and the chocolateo was perfect ,they try and communicate with you although we had a language barrier but there on,but o have to say a special shout out to Carlos who did the translation for us he speaks English very well so our problem was solve ,we had a wonderful time like a home away from home there ,my room was on the 9th floor ,the elevators work perfectly views from the room was amazing you can see the city down below ,what more can you ask for ,you all just go and enjoy yourself ,its worth it ,I will be back ,thank to all the staff at Puerto De Sol Polama I gave you all a 4 and a half stars you got my nod of appreciation thank you all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨

We can highly recommend the Hotel Faranda Express Puerta del Sol, where we have just spent two weeks. Some of the things we would like to highlight are the always friendly and helpful staff, the good cuisine in the restaurant, the large comfortable rooms with a nice cool indoor climate, and the inviting pool area. This hotel is centrally located, which is very convenient if, like us, you go on various day trips by taxi to some of the island's many beautiful beaches and villages. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hotel Faranda Express Puerta del Sol🍽️☀️💫

Its an ok hotel clean rooms water to shower day an night no water problem like some hotels shops not far away from hotel the morning breakfest was not tgat amazing only eggs an a bread an very little fruits to chose from but over all they need to fix there pool its the main thing in a hotel for vaction
