Decent hotel, with access to the beach but can improve, need to remodel bathrooms and be more spacious. They cater well but lack tourism culture in the country, in any other country with the level of occupancy that the hotel had, makes a free upgrade to gain loyalty

The worst experience of my life, it seems like a Road Motel, the towels, the dirty sheets, everything is degraded, the customer service is the worst already to finish!! They stole silver from our suitcase, and they weren't responsible, they take away the water, there's no security, it's really a lot of silver for the quality they offer. We're not coming again. They don't answer for lost and found. Bad experience

It so happened that our acquaintance with Venezuela began with this small, cozy hotel. After a tiring flight and a long baggage claim, we ended up at the reception of this hotel, it was very pleasant to be cool and drink cold juice)) We checked in quickly, but as it turned out, the standard rooms were very small, and there were three of us, me, my husband and my daughter. Thank you very much Joanna showed us the available rooms and moved us to a suite on the third floor, the extra charge was not very large, but the room was simply gorgeous and spacious and the windows looked directly onto the sea. In the morning you open the curtains and see the beach, palm trees and the endlessly beautiful sea. There was even a jacuzzi in the corner, but it wasn’t working; they used it to dry things))) The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the bed sheets were snow-white, they supplied one and a half liters of water per day. Toiletries included soap and shampoo. There really aren't enough towels: one foot towel for three and one large one each. Another minus is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms (only in the suites, it seems) i.e. If you bought fruit or beer, you need to eat and drink everything so that it doesn’t spoil or get hot. What we really lacked was our travel kettle, there are no kettles in the rooms, and we are such tea/coffee drinkers. Breakfast is not big, you won’t overeat, but everything is delicious, both American and local. We handed over things for washing (1 item -1 $), everything was washed well and quickly. We stayed in this hotel for 9 days, and then Coche (this is a small paradise on earth, but more on that later)))) And in conclusion, whoever called Tai “the land of smiles”, that person simply has not been to Venezuela, everyone is just so friendly, smiling, not only the staff and just passers-by on the street. We were very pleased. If anyone is interested in something more specific, write and ask.
