Disappointing Stay – Misleading Descriptions of Breakfast and Beach Access 1/10 – Would Not Recommend I booked this hotel based on descriptions across multiple booking platforms (including Booking.com and Agoda) that prominently advertised a “complimentary buffet breakfast” and “beachfront location with direct access.” Unfortunately, both of these key features proved to be grossly misrepresented, resulting in a highly disappointing experience. The so-called “buffet breakfast” was a complete letdown. Contrary to the listings, a proper buffet is apparently only offered on Sundays. On the other weekdays of my stay, the offering was extremely limited: no fresh juice, no pastries, no fruit of any kind. Instead, guests were presented with machine-dispensed instant coffee, a few fried eggs, sliced cucumbers, fried hotdogs, and some processed ham. This sparse selection felt more like a bare-minimum continental spread than anything resembling a buffet, and it fell far short of the varied, appealing morning meal promised in the hotel’s marketing and photos. Equally misleading was the beach access. While the property offers views of the water from some rooms, it is not truly beachfront as depicted in the listing images. To reach the beach, guests must cross a busy main road, which is both inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially with traffic. There is no private or direct path from the hotel grounds, making the “on the beach” claim feel deceptive. Overall, these discrepancies between the advertised amenities and reality significantly diminished the value of the stay. I expected a relaxing beachside retreat with decent dining options, but instead encountered false advertising that bordered on bait-and-switch. Management should update their listings to reflect the actual offerings, particularly regarding the limited breakfast and indirect beach access. I will not return and advise potential guests to look elsewhere for a more honest representation.

The rooms are a nice size, the ones on the 4th floor with a sea view are very good. The staff are very friendly and the cleaning is superb. Good location near the beach, but the beach is rocky there and not suitable for swimming. If you have transport there are lots of options for food and drink. The hotel has a nice bar near the road. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, nothing special. I have lived in hotels in Vietnam for the last year, this is a good hotel, good value and I would stay there again.

On a field trip for my school, we were unlucky enough to book into this hotel. In several of the rooms there was no hot water in the 4 days we stayed. The reception staff only said that they were going to check the problem. The hotel is old, but above all very dirty and without maintenance. Food is not bad, but breakfast was the same every day and lunch and dinner the same with minimal variations. The restaurant staff are attentive and helpful Air conditioning in common areas is off. The beds are old and you can feel the springs. You can see that some areas of the hotel have been closed for a long time because they serve as a warehouse, as well as being extremely dirty. This hotel was probably a 4 star years ago, but currently in its current condition it is barely two or three.
