The hotel has a beautiful view, right in front of the sea, new and clean rooms and facilities. The staff here is very friendly, especially Mr. Sang. From the moment of check-in until the entire stay of the guests, he is always enthusiastic in supporting, always smiling.

I and my family stay at Hoang Yen Hotel for a couple of days in June 2023 and this is an excellent hotel that we feel so relaxing and happy. They have more than 3 hotels in Quy Nhon from the beach to the central. The room is so big, clean and tidy, amenities is fully adapt your need, especially the view direct to the beach is so beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach so my children easy to access to the sea twice per day and swimming pool is big and clean. At the time we stayed, the hotel is fully but staff are very helpful and friendly, they help us with our luggages so quickly and nicely. They give us very useful information to go around the city and where to eat. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection for every one and delicious. Thanks to the hotel have bring us a happy holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers and business ones to come to Quy Nhon, Viet Nam.

The higher the floor the better the view and the experience. We had a lovely suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Servicing of the rooms was excellent, the on site restaurant was perfectly suitable and breakfast was more than adequate even if you wanted purely familiar foods. Of course there were no cereals or black pudding, for example, but different breads, eggs, cold meat and even bacon of a sort. It's so important to accept that this is slightly off the beaten track Vietnam. Very few people speak any English, including in the hotel. Some things are done differently. There are very tatty areas in places (the route to the beach and pool is off-putting) and the pool itself is small and unprepossessing. The beach is guarded from before first light until around 9:30 am then it's deserted until around 4:30pm when everybody appears to swim and it's guarded again. It's a long, clean, beautiful sandy beach. I happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable but authentic Vietnam.
