The reception desk, incompetent, boorish, all want to transfer to cash, at an inflated price. Unwelcome, in the replacement rooms calculated the cost twice as high as on booking and only cash. The hotel has a beautiful and large area, cared for by staff who always say hello and smile. The numbers killed are dirty, the shampoos are unclear which without the dispenser and questionable composition. Breakfast for three, not much to eat. Always frets and fresh fruit. We went to the beach on the grounds of a nearby hotel. Location away from the noise. That's great. But you have to do something about the staff.

The worst hotel you've ever been to! They don't like Russians here. Start with what is on the edge in the dark, to the nearest shops and cafes at least 2-3 km. Breakfasts are mostly on the menu, the buffet on weekends only was when the locals arrived and a couple of days after and the food for the locals was more suitable. Women waitresses tried to save on food when the menu was, gave not everything that was due, said kind of ended. Only the male waiter was the best there, heard requests for food and several times brought coconuts to the pool. The mattresses are given out once purely for you and then with them you go to the sea or to the pool. The pool was cleaned badly. The reception area is mostly spoken only in Vietnamese. The Russian doesn't know at all. The umbrella half-broken in the room was . Strong waves. On the beach something was burned constantly and the stink stood. Near the pool were built doped hulls, noise from morning to evening and dust .. also take away passports and when you fly away and there is no time to find out begin to raise money . We paid 100,000 for the water, which we already gave for free every day. Like we put her in the fridge said. They don't give up their passports until you give them money! Anyway, not a foot in Vietnam anymore! The impressions are ruined!

We liked the location and the traditional Vietnamese style of this resort. The breakfast quality is similar to 5 star hotels in Vietnam, food is fresh, both Vietnamese and international. Obviously by the sea. If you don’t wanna walk across the road book the ocean side room. Otherwise the hillside is fine too, nice garden there and another pool. But yeah you will have to cross the road, which is not too busy though. Hotel is a bit old, but well maintained and clean. We would definitely recommend and come back again.
