Thao Ha Muine Hotel

Good location, located just next to Hanh Cafe bus station from HCMC. One of our room was not cleaned, with stained bed sheet and smelly upon checked in. Upon feedback, they changed to a room at upper floor. The receptionist wanna retained our passports til check out date. But we refused due to security concern, she then insisted that she needs to snap our pastports with her mobile phone for recording purpose. Cleaner took only less than 5 minutes to clean our room with just sweeping the floor without moping. I have to request for her to wipe my table and she reluctantly did so. :-( Besides those, breakfast was OK and most staff are friendly.

Only staying here for 2 nights and glad I am not staying for any longer. Good: Breakfast was descent with a large selection and plenty of fruits. The pool looks clean. The front area has a nice fruit stand. Bad: Room had a funky smell when we arrived and the washroom floors kept getting wet from the shower drain and sink. Bed sheets did not feel as clean as I would have liked. Wifi is non existent in the room. I had to go down to the eating area which was located outside (very inconvenient)

I booked 1 week before the date and got 950K for 2 room (5 adult n 1 7y.o. child) via agoda.com. We got 1 big room with 2 bed (1 queen bed size and 1 single bed), and 1 standard room with 1 queen bed. The room just simple and clean enough but not for the floor.. And we also got free simple buffet breakfast, breakfast start from 7.30 but we came at 7.20 foods already serve. The plus is hotel have elevator, hot water and refrigerator.. So nod bad if you decided to stay here because its just a while stay in room, because mui ne have lot place to visit..
