Vinh Suong Seaside Resort

We walked across the beach and wanted to ask if we could rent a beach bed. Before we had taken 1 step in the resort and asked something, a guard pushed me away and said several times: No No No. There are many beautiful resorts in Mui Ne so i would Not go to this rude resort. The are extremely unfriendly and have no patience!

We booked a standard room with 1 double bed. Upon arrival, they escorted us to a room with two small beds. We refused the room and tried to explain that we booked a room with a double bed. Their solution was to push the two small beds together. As a couple, this was unacceptable. They told us that there were no standard rooms with a double bed, only upgraded rooms. So, we were required to pay extra to upgrade our room, just so we could have a bed to sleep in together, despite specifically booking it ahead of time. All of this wouldn't have been as big of a deal if we weren't paying $150 usd a night. The price is absurd, especially since the place is terrible all around - structure, cleanliness, service. The beach was nice, but we had to sit in the ground, as they do not provide lounge chairs.

Service is really bad. The Reception said bfast 6.30am, we came 6.45 and they are not ready, we sit and ask for a coffee and they charged us. We need to call twice for hot water and waited for almost 45 mins. We asked for ice cube and not available. Terrible service !!
