room is clean, nice and fresh even the room and hotel a little old, hotel have a pretty big garden outside, staff very nice and helpful, breakfast was okay, but the room was pretty good, we're booked from agoda and stayed there on 16-17th October on second floor and feel okay, you can't expect too much from a 3 star hotel haha

I don't know who or what the bad reviews are about, perhaps the staff have changed. Right away they were polite and helpful, all in all the room was adequate, clean and the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. When we wanted coffees in the room it was provided immediately and with good grace. My only puzzle is what a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant and hotel is doing here in southern France, it sees a little odd, but nonetheless was as good as anything else we have experienced for 50 euros a double room.

Catalogue of issues, room was not clean, convinced sheets not changed, bathroom grubby. Everywhere looked tired and in need of attention. We ate in the restaurant and actually saw rats running around, went back for breakfast which was inedible . A truly shocking hopefully never to be repeated anywhere experience
