TTC Hotel Can Tho

My recent stay at TTC Hotel – Premium Cần Thơ was a mixed bag of potential with a few very nice touches, yet several issues with basic comfort and maintenance that really needed to be sorted out. 🌟 Positives Room & View Rooms newly decorated. Look modern and plenty of space. Location The hotel’s so location, right next to the Bến Ninh Kiều Wharf (perfect for early-morning floating market departures), walking street and night market. Breakfast The breakfast was offered in a variety of dishes, very tasty. In order to improve the breakfast, the exhaust system in the restaurant needs to be better. After having the breakfast, the smell of the food stayed on all of our clothes for hours, which was terrible. 🔧 Areas for Improvement Air-Conditioning The AC wasn’t working in all 3 rooms we used, it was set to 24 degrees but the temperature in the room was always high. Bed Linen Smell The bed sheets had a very strong damp and musty smell. Although we complained and asked the Front Office to change them twice the smell still lingered. This made the beds where we slept very uncomfortable. Water Pressure The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak which is a disappointment for a hotel in this category. The hotel offers a great location, great rooms which have recently been renovated and a good variety of dishes for breakfast. However, there are some serious comfort issues such as the AC not working, the bed linen smelling damp and musty, and low water pressure. Furthermore, the exhaust system in the restaurant needs to be improved as the smell of food often lingers on guests’ clothing. With some serious improvements needed, TTC Hotel – Premium Cần Thơ could become a great hotel for guests.
