Champa Hotel

Stayed there with my partner. Room and bathroom smelt like a public toilets. Mattress had spring poking out the side. Overall room and hallways look dirty. Was booked for 5 nights stayed 1. Reception seemed not to care about it

Very spacious room. The staff are very friendly. Only down fall is theres no safe in the room and u have to leave valuables in reception. Asked for the room service to be a little later as they want you up nd out ya room in the morning to clean your room. After we came back they hadn't even been in. I had to go down to reception myself to ask for fresh towels and even loo roll. All in all it's pretty good, only two streets from the beach nd plenty places to eat.

We had a business trip last week to Da Nang and stayed in this hotel. The price is good. The facilities inside the room are good too. But the housekeeping should do their good job. The receptionist name Ngoc is friendly, helpful and polite
