Extremely disappointed with this hotel. I should immediately note that there is no problem with cleanliness in the room, the view from the window is good, breakfasts are decent, and the staff is polite and responsive. However, all this does not remove a serious flaw, which is completely out of line with the stated hotel level. The hotel bills itself as a 5-star hotel, but the room lacks an electric kettle, tea-making facilities and even a basic hot drinks set. To drink tea or just get boiling water, you must go down to the 5th floor to the bar each time. If you need more boiling water, you have to go back to the same place. I'm currently staying in room 816, my eighth day of stay. This is particularly inconvenient because my wife is sick and regularly requires hot tea. Instead of providing guests with basic comfort, the hotel compels them to keep walking between floors for what is generally considered a standard service even in lower category hotels. For comparison, in Nha Trang, I stayed in a regular 3-star hotel, where the room had electric kettle, tea, coffee, necessary dishes, and consumables were regularly replenished without further request. So a legitimate question arises: How can a hotel that claims a 5-star level not provide such basic amenities? Saving on such small things looks strange and significantly spoils the experience of living. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel leaves a nice impression. But the lack of basic facilities for making hot drinks in a hotel room at this level is a serious omission and falls short of expectations for a 5-star service.

I chose this hotel for my vacation for 2 nights. I love most of things here and my family love everything. The room was quite narrow, but got the smart design, I love the shower quality. The breakfasts were acceptable, I just love the wide time range, from 6 to 10:30 am The staffs were friendly, dynamic and helpful. The rooftop was little bit uncomfy with quite much sunglare, music at the bar quite loud as unnecessary. I love this hotel and will come again.

I rated this Hotel 5 out of 5, because of the quality of the room and the unbelievably nice and friendly staff, one particular receptionist named Nana.. I would rate her enthusiasm and eagerness to help as outstanding, and she spoke English better than I do..
