⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Family Stay & Exceptional Hospitality Our family of 13 stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for six days in five rooms, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and even Michelin-recognized dining options nearby. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Special thanks to Ivy, Kai, the reception team, housekeeping, breakfast staff, door staff, and the gentleman/guard who helped deliver all our luggage to our rooms despite our late-night arrival. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We stayed in different room types — standard, twin, and family suites — and found them comfortable and spacious. Room 1604 even had a great view of Dragon Bridge! The rooftop pool was another highlight, especially for the teens and young adults in our family, and was a nice place to relax after sightseeing. We also appreciated the complimentary massage for one person per room. Breakfast had plenty of choices, with some dishes changing daily, plus live pho and omelette stations. The most memorable gesture came on my parents’ 50th Wedding Anniversary. The staff happened to overhear us talking about it at breakfast. When we returned that evening from their anniversary celebration in Hoi An, the team surprised my parents in the lobby with a beautiful bouquet for my mom and a cake for them. We never requested anything, which made the gesture even more touching and special. ❤️ Our entire family truly enjoyed our stay. It’s the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff that made Fivitel Boutique Da Nang stand out for us. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our family. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, including internationally recognized brands, and one thing I have learned is that no hotel is perfect. What truly defines a hotel is how it responds when unexpected situations arise. During my stay at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang, I experienced firsthand the professionalism, sincerity, and sense of responsibility demonstrated by the management team. Executive General Manager Ms. Windy Pham personally communicated with me throughout the entire process with remarkable patience, transparency, and genuine care. Her commitment to both her guests and her team left a lasting impression on me. I was also consistently impressed by the kindness of the front office staff, guest service team, restaurant staff, and everyone I met during my stay. Their warm smiles and willingness to help reflected a culture of hospitality that is not easy to find. The breakfast was enjoyable, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel’s location was convenient for both business and leisure travel. Most importantly, I left feeling that this hotel genuinely values its guests and continuously strives to improve. I travel to Da Nang for business from time to time, and I would not hesitate to stay at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang again on my future visits. A receptionist named Kara called for us and spoke with the airline's representatives for about half an hour and changed our flight. Despite the change, we did not receive a confirmation email and after a few hours Kara went back to customer service and handled it with our satisfaction. Kara and the hotel deserve to praise for their excellent customer service❤️
