Green Plaza

I stayed only 1 night in December 2020. Strategic location overlooking the bridge and the market to make excellent purchases of designer bags etc. The rooms are really very nice. Breakfast is also good. I advise

We booked a room on a last minute app for our one-night stay in Da Nang. The SenRiver Hotel felt more traditional than other hotels we'd stayed in - a lot of wood in the rooms etc. We thought it might be dated, but we had a great stay. We loved the pool - very impressive views from there at night. The main reason we would return is because of the staff. When were struggling with our time, trying to plan checking out, an airport transfer and trying to view the Marble Mountains. The reception team sorted all of this out, allowing us to check out later and booking a car to take us to the mountains and airport transfer. This helped greatly and took the stress out of planning. I said I'd write a review - better late then never!

We went there with some friends for my birthday but we didn't tell the receptionnists. Though, they put some amenities such as fruits and a birthday card in our room! It was very kind of them! All staff is very nice, cheerful and helpful. I stayed there twice and it was perfect!
