a good experience, a memorable trip

Hot water in the shower lasts less than 4 minutes before turning cold. There was a broken cabinet latch sticking out, which I hit and cut my elbow on. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and YouTube would not connect properly. The bathroom window does not close, allowing bugs to get in. Although the room door is fully closed, there is a noticeable gap, and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It's loud and hard to sleep. The room itself is okay but clearly dated. On the positive side, the bed, blankets, and pillows are comfortable. The housekeeping staff is wonderful, and the ladies working in the lobby during the day are very nice.

We stayed 2 night at kay hotel.Location is good to feel sea view and it is also near dragon bridge but reception is poor services and room facilities was seem to be old, bureau that is so noisy to open. However, it was fair price to stay.
