I called this place my home away from home for over a year and I have to say that the staff have been very friendly and fast to help with any issues. The unit is large and does the job for one person. Only downside is that there is no kitchen but that is made up by the loads of restaurants nearby. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel mainly because of the very friendly staff there. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back! :)

Very welcoming atmosphere great service, friendly staff ( hung from FO and Quyen from breakfast staff) was amazing to serve us. They solved all I need. Excellent hospitality Front desk Mgr Than anh has an excellent team and very organized with professional hospitality. I can’t be happier more. We travelled 3 weeks in Danang Hoian and Hue .. been in many 5 star hotel and resort but the Prince hotel shows us another level of hospitality. Thanks again My 80 years old mom feels the price as a home in Danang. She was refuse to leave at the last day of our trip. Thanks again being a great host for our family trip and I really appreciated We will be back soon

I stayed here during off season and the hotel upgraded me to a larger room for free. The room had a great ceiling to floor window with a view of the street below. The room also had a sofa for lounging around. It' conveniently located next to a 24-hour K-Mart for buying food late at night. They let me check out at 2pm with charging me extra as well. I wish they would have a chair that included a back for the long hours while working on a laptop. When I left the front desk, even offered to help me take my luggage down steps. The manager was very friendly as well.
