First hotel of our stay in Vietnam. Typical city hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was poor. Good enough for 2 nights.

The staff are all great and can speak English. They went out of their way to see that we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean with all the amenities you need including very nice complimentary coffee and tea. The beds are comfy and the shower is good. Buffet breakfast had a nice assortment but the seating can get crowded. The staff in the breakfast room are polite and work to see that you are happy. I can recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canary. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with organizing trips and taxis. We recommend the halong bay trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Shang and the rest of the staff for helping us build special memories. We would definitely use this hotel again
