Run away! In a few words: Mould on the walls, wet sheets, dark, bad smells, tiny and uncomfortable rooms, noises... I very sincerely believe that the owner manages to get feedback from fake accounts to get a good rating. The photos are very well taken and do not reflect reality. The location is fine but the rest is abominable. After sharing our comments, the owner harassed us to change the rating. This is something we refuse because the role of feedback and describe experiences as reliably as possible.

Great location to explore the old quarter, shopping for souvenirs and eat great food. This hotel, however, has seen its best days in the past. Major renovations are warranted. The room that we had though was spacious and fairly clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but also needs a revamping. We were in another similar hotel in Hanoi and the breakfast was fresher and offered lots of fruit. This is a hotel for travelers who are not especially picky about quality.

This hotel is amazing. The staff really go out of their way for you. SometimesVietnam can be a little over whelming for you. Not here!!! They do everything they can for you - they really go out of their way. Lovely experience. Feels like a second home. After travelling the loop and I also went to ha long bay, I couldn't wait to see my second home! Andy, Ha & Tiep were simply amazing! Feeling very welcome and loved 💖 Now I travel to the south... I hope it will be just as good!
