Hanoi Royal Hotel

We had a simply wonderful 2 night stay at the silverland yen hotel. The staff are the friendliest and helpful, rooms immaculate and comfy with the loveliest sheets ever and rooftop pool is the perfect end to a day of sightseeing. But what makes this review 5* is the amazing special touches of the afternoon tea which we attended each afternoon and were blown away by the spread of delights and the just amazing musicians that they bring in. The first time i saw the violinist and guitarist they brought me to tears and by the end of our stay i went again just to watch them play. The location of this hotel is brilliant with the amazing Street food market a 2 minute walk away and the main museums within walking distance too. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially the bell boy, he help us to communicate with the grab driver as the driver don't understand english. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we stayed 3 nights here, just the breakfast choice is too less, everyday we eat the same breakfast. Overall is a good experience to stay there

We brought our executive class of 11 people here and all were pleased with the excellent service and friendly nature of the staff. The location is awesome and there have been good upgrades to the room; the balcony rooms are worth the extra $. Breakfast is a bit light on options but all and all its a fair shake and a good choice for Hoan Kiem Lake area in Hanoi.
