Stayed for 2 nites in a small boutique hotel on a relatively less busy part of the Old Quarter but still accessible to many cafes, massage spa, restaurants nearby. It’s also 5 mins walk to the lake. The room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was much better than the 2 hotels prior to checking into Eliana. Will recommend to any visitors to Hanoi Old Quarter

This is a fine but very small hotel. The stuff is nice a does everything they can. However a lot of small stuff is a bit confusing for them. Caused no problems but still. Also the hotel did not have spa and wellness which it Said on the booking.com. Generally limited facilities. The hotel was very Well located which is main asset. They had a fine restaurant with OK breakfast.

I found the Eliana Signature after visiting about ten hotels that I had found on booking, and the photos looked nice. And the one I liked the most was the Eliana Signature. Its location just a block from the lake, its design, its large rooms, and a fabulous breakfast make a difference. All the employees helped me with everything, very well. On the negative side: The doors should be thin because you can hear when other guests go to their rooms, nothing serious. The TV channel selection is very strange, with some South American channels and others that are quite rare. Nothing like the usual hotel TVs. For payment, they prefer cash or charge 4% for paying with a credit card.
