Heart

It was our 2nd time to spend New Year's at Hanoi and Heart Hotel was the perfect location. The hotel was close to the Hoan Kienm lake, St. Joseph's Cathedral, wonderful coffee shops and restaurants as well as shopping places. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. And although the air-conditioner did not really cool the room well, we were provided with an electric fan. Michael and the rest of the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be back to spend another New Year's at Heart Hotel.

We chose the Heart hotel because of location and value. It was quite clean, very comfortable, excellent hot water. Great air con. The staff were just lovely and extremely accommodating. We were able to walk to just about everywhere and the Hop on Hop off city tour bus was just across the square. The road around the lake is closed during the weekend and the area becomes a hive of entertainment. You could her the music but it wasn't loud enough to be a problem after a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only problem is that my stay here had to come to an end when I returned home. Such a sweet, sweet staff and rooms of great comfort. Of course, you can’t beat the location; it’s the best in all of Hanoi. What’s not apparent though is the really wonderful service of helping to arrange tours and internal travel. Plus, the loyal and friendly staff, who add so much value! Plan to come again, and would not consider staying anywhere other than the HEART HOTEL.
