Good location, very nice staff, beds comfortable, if you get a room without a window or what they call an interior window or deluxe, don’t take it… they need to clean, like mop the floors once in a while… weird smells.. Maybe not the best… but good location

Very good location. Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Hotel offered to store our luggate after we checked out for a few days already. Made it easier to move around. Rooms are very clean and generous with water.

Just happened to walk past this place and saw an area where one can book tours. Tam was very helpful and we were able to book a street food tour very easily on the same day. We were met at our hotel by Jacelyn, a very beautiful, smiley woman who spoke very good English. She led us and 2 others to 8 different food places in total, ending with Egg Coffee which was very good. Overall, a great way to try different foods and to know the best places to go to. We are very glad that we did the street food tour and recommend this company. We also booked our Ninh Binh tour through her, and again it was hassle free. There are so many little places to book tours through, I would recommend waiting till you get to Your destination and then book tours as it is usually cheaper than booking through your agent in Australia.
