Wonderful, attentive staff, old school Elegance and classic styling. We stayed here twice during our Vietnam tour and highly recommend it as a city centre base. Close to Train street and lots of great street food places. We were greeted with cold towels, melon and juice at reception and this was a taste to come if the excellent service we received.

Very good hotel. The breakfast was really great and the rooms were very hygienic! The staff was extremely friendly. If we needed help for a taxi or anything else, the arranged it immediately. We also could store our bags here 3 days later when we came back to Hanoi.

This hotel is really the place to be for a wonderful stay in Ha Noi! + This is a really great nice hotel in the middle of the old quarter! Super friendly staff who were always helpful with everything! Great beautiful and very clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast! - Nothing!
