Golden Orchid Hotel

The hotel staff was unbelievable! They were so kind and so willing to help with any questions we had about tours, the city, etc. They always welcomed us with wonderful greetings when we would leave or come back to the hotel. The view when you have meals at the hotel were beautiful being on the river. The food was VERY good too!! We really had no complaints at all!!

Visited Hanoi with about 13 friends back in February 2016 and the hotel was great for us. The breakfast was a good start for our long days and we had been welcomed very well by Amber. Would recommend!

Nice hotel located close to top attractions in Hanoi. Very kind staff, they helped with booking the trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. Breakfast is not huge but fine. The hotel is close to a lots of restaurants, bars, shops. I highly recommend this hotel, it is good value for money.
