Golden Wings 1 Hotel

I stayed in this hotel last August/September with my husband and 2 kids of 10 and 12 year old. The room in the top floor was very big and cosy. I am happy with the price and the location of the hotel.The room was on the top floor so if you stay there on August the hottest month of the year you might to reconsider as such a big room only had one AC. But if you stay there in cooler months I would be happy to be back in that room again.

Hi Nam Hai 1 Hotel (now the Hanoi Style Hotel) is in a great location. The staff are friendly, the room is comfortable, the buffet breakfast appealing and the setting quite compelling. At $35 a night, it is a great deal!

When we first arrived we had two rooms. One on the 4th floor and the other on the 7th floor. Rats or some kind of rodent kept us awake on the 7th floor. The computers in the rooms did not work and one had images not suitable for children on the hard drive (left by a previous guest I assume). Breakfast was very good although a little crowded. Not all the front desk staff were particularly friendly. This may have been due to a lack of English language skills.
