Hanoi Ciao Hotel

I stayed at the Hanoi Vision Boutique Hotel at the beginning of my first ever trip to asia and I would really recommend it, mostly because of the very kind staff but also because of the location. It is super close to the centre and the old quarter, yet it is in a side street and therefore kind of quiet. I also got very good support in planning my further days in Vietnam and Anna and the other staff were very helpful planning different tours, also got me the chance to get back to the hotel, have a shower before leaving with the night train. Rooms and Equipment is ok but a bit outdated. But I didn’t care so much.

Ideally located in the old, very commercial district, very clean hotel, comfortable bedding, very pleasant room with balcony, excellent service, airport shuttle (additional charge), tour service, buffet breakfast, very competent staff and attentive owner. Thanks to Anna, Duyen and Hung.

Highly recommended ! Hotel and its services are tremendous we mostly spend time in lobby with friends they take care of us always provide what we want . Also it's staff is very much cooperative and humble . Whenever I will have get the chance to visit Hanoi , I will prefer Vision hotel Boutique ..
