Hanoi Grand View Hotel

This place was amazing. Close to everything. The hospitality of the staff was superb! We had Susan who served us she was awesome!

First of all, the room that i stayed is nothing to compare with the pictures on the website. There was a closet that seperate my room and the one of my neigbor but the wall inside the closet wasn't one. It was like a thiny wood board so i could hear everything of what they were saying. The breakfeast was horrible, cold eggs probably made a couple of hours ago. Towel smell bad. Wi-fi is not often working. Staff not friendly at all . But some people seems to had a great experience and I wonder how ??

The hotel was nice in a good location, but the staff was so horrible it was not worth staying there! Never in our travels have we met a staff so ill-tempered, unhelpful and rude. After a day we went to see the beauty of city when we came back the hotel and discovered that my handbag with all our money and cards had been stolen. we asked the manager of the hotel but he refused. We were really upset but had to..... . To sum up: if you do not want to be treated like dirt whilst paying a fair amount of money, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It is not worth the hassle and they do not deserve the money. Avoid away, avoid away and avoid away.
