Hanoi Serenity Hotel

Budget hotel so expectations are different. because of that, the price matched well with the quality provided. location is perfect, in the heart of the Old Quarter. Surprisingly it is ally really quiet even though it is a very busy impasse. maybe because we are at the end of the impasse. First contact with the staff (their welcome) was not great but they warmed up well and ended up being really helpful and nice. the person who took care of us was Susan. took time to warm up but she ended up being good. the rooms are on the old side, but really clean. Staff diligent at cleaning every day, changing the towels, etc... breakfast is below average but probably comes with the budget. laundry service is impeccable.

Very central located and very friendly staff. They organised our transfers from/to the airport and also we booked trough them our cruise in Halong bay. They also kept our luggage while we were out for the cruise. No problem whatsoever in any request we had. Very pleasant room, clean and big with free water, and tea. Good hot breakfast. Definitely recommended

Stay here a week in June Hanoi in the summer time quite hot. The room a-bit small but comfortable . Breakfast on top floor nice view they cook Pho was delicious . Receptionist always smiling help us many information.
