Heritage

We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, probably because it was late, yet we were made very welcome. The food was fabulous, presented beautifully and wait staff were very helpful. The decor is lovely, the restaurant clean and beautiful.

The staff and Manager are friendlyand helpful The hotel is clean and attractive, the food is good, the location is good, and the price is an excellent value. Having stayed here I wouldn't consider anywhere else in Hanoi.

There is a large variety of food for the breakfast including croissants, toast some rice and noodles; a more typical breakfast for Vietnamese. The staff invite you in with a warm welcome and assure that your happy with your stay, speak good English and are helpful with your luggage. The WiFi is also reasonably good and works although it may be faulty at some times.
