We are a rather particular family and pay very close attention to cleanliness and details when we travel. That is why we can honestly say that this hotel exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful and immaculate — from the elegant lobby to our room. The hotel itself is stunning, but what really made our stay special was the incredibly warm and personal service.
We were fortunate to have Ms. Linh Pham as our personal guest support, and she was simply wonderful. In person or via WhatsApp late at night, she took care of everything for us quickly, professionally and with such genuine warmth that we always felt completely looked after. Nothing was ever complicated, and we truly felt that she cared about making our stay special.
Before we left for our cruise, Ms. Pham apparently even shared her impression of our family with the sister hotel in which we were to stay after the cruise. When we returned from the cruise, we were completely surprised with an upgrade to the two best suites in the hotel. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture and showed us that the care and hospitality from the first hotel truly continued throughout our entire journey.
Our children were so touched by the warmth and kindness they received that, by the end of our stay, they were even calling Ms. Pham “Auntie“. I think that says everything about how special she made them feel.
The spa was excellent, with wonderful treatments at very reasonable prices. And the restaurant was such a pleasant surprise. We normally never eat in hotel restaurants when travelling, but the food and service was so good that we ended up eating there every single day!
The hotel also arranged all of our transportation: from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to our cruise, back to the sister hotel, and finally to the airport. Everything was perfectly organised, so we never had to worry about a thing. When we had an extremely early pick-up, Ms Pham even oragnized a lovely breakfast for us to take along.
And there was one more incredibly thoughtful surprise. Ms. Pham had secretly taken a photo of our family before we went on a cyclo tour and had it beautifully framed as a keepsake for us. We had no idea she had taken the photo. Seeing that same photo later in our room at the sister hotel, with “Welcome Home”, was such a beautiful and unexpected moment.
This was much more than just a beautiful hotel stay. It felt personal, warm and genuinely caring. We never felt like just another family checking into a hotel — we genuinely felt welcomed and looked after.
