Hotels in Ha Noi can be comparatively pricey, and if you are careless, lazy, or pressed for time, you'll land in one of them. This one was reasonable enough, and I would not worry about getting ripped off too badly or anything here. PS- Hopefully you brought several pairs of good rubber earplugs to Ha Noise, that is, unless you have no intention of sleeping.
