Good points; service, location, room, staff, good breakfast, high speed free internet Only one point; Air conditiner did not work well

This hotel is located at a busy place. But room is very quiet. Members of stuff were all not so good at English, but they were friendly. And they have four kinds of breakfast. I ordered Japanese style breakfast. That was much better than I expected. Just one thing I didn't like was the miso soup which contains some Vietnamese herb. Totally I loved this hotel. Next time I visit Hanoi, I'm sure I will stay here. I enjoyed staying here very much.

I love this hotel and staff here very much. They take care guests very well. Always check guest stay quality and find way to improve. They know what fruit I like to serve, what breakfast style I prefer to suggest. Room was quite, clean and comfortable. Worth money paid for. Awesome hotel and its people.
