I accidentally made 2 payment as the previous was showing failed but now when I check 2 booking has been confirmed when I called them they told they can't help. It's rediculous n they are not at all friendly. Very bad . I will dispute the amount and will file fraud case

I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel. The property itself was in very poor condition. The air conditioning barely worked, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the area advertised as a lake looked more like a dirty drainage canal. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below expectations. The biggest issue, however, was the behavior of the reception manager. We arrived after a long overnight flight, exhausted, hungry, and sleep-deprived after spending additional time at immigration. We politely requested early check-in. Initially, we accepted that a room might not be available. However, we later learned that rooms were in fact available. Before this, the manager had mistakenly attempted to charge our card an amount equivalent to 300,000 INR instead of 300,000 Vietnamese Dong. Fortunately, the payment was declined. When we pointed out the mistake, he became visibly irritated. After that, he refused our request for early check-in despite room availability. What was most disappointing was not the refusal itself, but the manager's attitude. He spoke to us rudely, raised his voice, and showed no empathy whatsoever despite our situation. We were left waiting in the lobby for hours while exhausted from international travel. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. I hope hotel management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action regarding the conduct of the reception manager so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

The stay was overall just okay. The hotel is very outdated and could really use some upkeep. The location is decent, with a few places within walking distance, but it’s a bit far from the main road. The breakfast buffet was average, with limited variety, and much of the food was cold on the buffet line. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I would not stay here again.
