Muong Thanh Hanoi Hotel

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had during my stay in Hanoi at Muong Thanh Grand Hotel. After going out shopping, I returned to the hotel and realised that I had lost my mobile phone. Naturally, I was extremely worried, so I immediately went to reception, where I met Linh and Khanh. From the moment I spoke to them, they were incredibly reassuring, supportive, and professional. They comforted me and told me not to worry, promising they would do everything possible to help. Throughout the entire situation, they showed remarkable patience, kindness, and care. Later, they even accompanied and assisted me at the police station. Together with Tam, they truly went above and beyond in supporting me during a very stressful time. Thanks to their efforts, along with the assistance of the Hanoi police staff especially S. Tung and Bich . I was able to recover my mobile phone very quickly, something I genuinely believed would not have been possible. The staff at Muong Thanh Grand Hanoi are truly exceptional, helpful, and caring. I would especially like to thank Linh, Khanh, and Tam for their outstanding support and assistance. My sincere thanks also go to Mr Hung, Minh, Bang, Tuyen, Thang, and Dung for their kindness and support throughout my stay. This has been one of the best experiences I have had whilst travelling, and I will certainly be sharing it with my friends and family. Thank you once again for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality
