Worst hotel to stay at! Here is a list of reasons why: 1. Mouldy rooms, including mould on wall of bedroom. 2. Loud live music playing till 11:30 pm, making it impossible to sleep until then! 3. Non smoking rooms had smoke smells 4. Tried to overcharge us and only agreed to repay us the amount when we held our ground on this being unfair. 5. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was also broken. Unable to use either easily. 6. Pictures are misleading Positives: 1. One of the hotel managers was nice and willing to cancel our booking for 2 of the 4 days we booked. We asked for this because we did not want to stay in mouldy rooms and he didn't have any other rooms to offer us. This was also when we realised we were overcharged for rooms. 2. Location - easy access to the city centre in Hanoi.

I booked in this hotel for two nights but to my surprise when I checked in, the girl told me that they do not have rooms anymore! My experience in Hanoi has been totally ruined by the negligence and unprofessionalism of this hotel. They pretended that my card is not working as an excuse to cancel my reservation without even informing me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO AVOID TO THIS HOTEL. Take my word and do not suffer what I went through because clearly the people here do not know how to operate things. It is disgusting and they literally do not care about clients at all.

We book for the 3 first nights in Hanoi. The hotel arrange a pick up transfer from the airport. The room they give us had a decent size and the bed was huge. The hotel is definitely outdated with old furniture and needs improvement but if you are looking for a convenient place to stay that is not overpriced, this is the place. The location is just great. Right in the center, near all and a lot of 24hour convenient stores. All the girls working at reception are extremely polite, well intended and helpful. As we are traveling in northern Vietnam for a while, I will comeback for sure.
