Hanoi Elite Hotel

Don't ever book this place, it's not hotel 1st of all, very poor welcoming, staff not able to speak properly, 5 storey building with no elevator, very small n unhygienic food preparation area n very uncomfortable sitting arrangement for breakfast which you would probably not like to take though. Strongly recommend look other food hotel in same area.. as the area is fully tourist place with lots of other good options.

Booked through tripmasters website. I normally have good luck with these arrangements. The reception was fine but hotel has mold and bugs Like bad. The smell of mold will hit you when you walk in the door. Sorry but needs much improvement, do not stay here until they can update. We checked in and left within 15 min after being in the room

Never come to this hotel! A drunk guy met us at the counter. He slept on the couch in the morning, near the breakfast tables, his bare feet on his pillow. We asked where our promised breakfast was at the normal guy who was sitting at the counter and he started waking this guy up yesterday. I almost threw up, we said we wouldn't eat anything out of this subhuman's hands. When he was doing the paperwork while drunk, he picked his teeth, took something white out of his mouth, took the room map with that hand and gave it to my husband. When we went into the room, I wanted to cry, the worst room I've ever seen. The linen is grey, on the sheets hair, the sheets, the pillowcases and the blanket torn, the towels are two and they are also torn, were once white, turned yellow-grey. The bed itself is terrible, I didn't pick up my mattresses to make me sicker, I wanted to cut the skin off where I touched this bed. It's a barn or a viper or a pigsty, but it's not a hotel! The TV is broken, even though we don't need it. There's creepy mouldy wood in the shower on the floor. We had to sleep there for three nights from February 16 to 19, I cried when I saw where we were checking in. On my way out, I asked the same man if he'd refund us for the breakfasts he'd had, like cerebral palsy and shaking his head in paralysis, spitting. On my way out, I wished this hotel would burn down! Yes! I wish this hotel would burn to the ground!
