What I like: -location, close good stuff, though it is inside a small alley Were cars cannot enter! -Towels are clean and smells clean -Beddings are also clean and smells clean -Bed and pillows are comfortable -staffs are extremely helpful and friendly -good water pressure -Bfast is good -Value for money Things to improve: -elevator is very slow -no place to put your toiletries in the shower area -no place to hang your things or towels in the bed area Overall it was a good stay!!!!

The hotel is in a great location with exceptional staff. However that’s where the good points stop. The rooms are dated and not very clean. Found broken zipper within the bedding so have to question if they are changed between guests. The bathroom I’m our room 502 was atrocious. Filthy dirty with terrible fixtures. A shower over a bath that had a huge crack in it so water peeked out of the bath when showering. This they knew about and told me it’s ok. Had a full day without any hot water at one point.

I can only talk about this hotel in superlatives! The hospitality, kindness is unbelievable. Also, I am a light sleeper and in a big and never-sleeping city like Hanoi I slept so well! Helen and the other staff members pay attention to every wish of guests and details also. They do not push you to reserve tours with them etc. like at other places, they let you do your own thing which is amazing. The cleanliness is very good, the room has everything it needs really. Just a Tip: a lamp on the bedside table would be good but that is a very minor detail :) Breakfast has wide variety, everyone can find something they like. There is a very good cafe and restaurant in front of the hotel I can recommend and everything is reachable by foot, I did not even use Grab not once. Thank you, when I come back, I will choose this hotel again for sure.
