Mayflower Saigon Hotel

This hotel was the last stop of our tour of Vietnam. After staying in nice three star hotels along the way this was a disappointment. Rooms were small and not clean. Very dirty bathmats with mold on it. Peeled caulking along the bathtub, and holes in the tiles. Wallpaper was peeling. We decided to not stay and checked into a nice hotel on the Riverside. Staff was not interested or concerned.

Had my gold necklace stolen. Manager didn't take responsibility for this. He didn't even seem to care. Stay at your own risk! Average rooms with no windows. Bathroom sink bench had a crack in it. Will never come back.

It's a very decent 3 star in the heart of Ho Chi Min sightseeing area. Breakfast not upto much but for less than 50 dollars you cannot expect too much. WiFi was OK and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice when it comes to the restaurants within walking distance. Of course there are plenty of coffee shops nearby.
