Sweet Home

Don't stay at this place!!!!! The staff was trying to sell us the room for a rather high price although they were promoting special discounts as we were told the hotel was fully booked which was not the case. our room was on the 9th floor, there was no lift to this floor though. the room was dirty, and smelled like nobody was in there for years. no towels, dirty linen. haven't experienced anything as bad in the Last 5 weeks in this country. had to take thr room though as it was already 23 pm at check-in since our bus was running late.we couldn't sleep because the place became alive at night!!!! left early without shower and now found a nice room for the same price. shocking experience after so many weeks in even cheaper rooms. thr owner should feel ashamed for selling such a dirty room when we could even see better rooms as doors were left open.

Decent size rooms but a bit run down. Breakfast is terrible and the restaurant area dirty with cockroaches everywhere. Assume their is a night club in the area as loud music until early morning. When I made reservations I was told breakfast was included. After my first breakfast I asked them if I can get discount if I don't have breakfast. Was told I am getting a "special" rate that included a free breakfast- just to be told the next morning I need to pay for breakfast.(both mornings they screwed up my order so I refuse to pay for the breakfast as I didn't touch it- so they charged me lots for the 2 cold cups of coffee(without milk as they ran out)

There aren't enough (bad) words to describe this hotel!! The staff members were very nice though. Airconditioner leaked into the room. Toilet barely flushed. Had to shower next to toilet so water goes all over floor. We complained and were moved to another room where water was dripping through the roof and down the wall on to the furniture. Bath surround wasn't sealed so water ran behind the bath and created a creek in the bathroom. Crappy soiled bottom sheet and old bedspread with no top sheet.
