Very bad disregard!!!

1 night. Changed room after noticing bedbugs on the walls by the bed. Staff was helpful on the matter and apologized. The hotel was lower standard than expected. The staff there is very polite and helpful. Staff is 4 of 5 stars worth! Hot tap water after a short wait. Tv. Ac. Pc free to use in the lobby. Good wifi. There was a 3 star hotel on the other side of the road for 30 000dong more. For me it would be worth it. It was much cleaner.
