Bloom Hotel

We were at the hotel at the end of October 2023. The area where you find the hotel is quite convenient if you want to go to the city center, and the neighborhood is interesting with several good restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast that was prepared for us was very good. In terms of cleanliness, I had no complaints with the only exception that the first few days the room had a bad smell, probably due to the excessive humidity in the city, but from the moment I mentioned it to the staff, they solved it immediately.

Great stay for our first night in Hi Chi Min city. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful - Kien, Pat, Quynh and Phuoc. Room had everything we needed and more. Area full of excellent choice of cafes and restaurants

The cab drove up a small street and came to a lane and pointed up the laneway and said that our hotel was up there , a real culture shock but as you stepped inside it all changed . Friendly receiptionist who made us most welcome . She showed us to our room which looked okay and as it was late at night all we wanted to do was sleep. In the morning we discovered that the window faced a brick wall . On approaching reception we had no problem upgrading the room on the 6th. floor . Breakfast choice was limited although the food was excellent . The rooms are self contained with a fridge , microwave etc with cutlery and crockery supplied . Rooms are serviced daily .
